Welcome to the commercial lines renewal transition resources hub. This resource is designed to help ensure a smooth transition to the Main Street Commercial+® platform as part of our ongoing efforts to deliver an efficient, modern commercial lines experience for you, our agent-customers.

All Business Owners Policy, Commercial Auto, Commercial Package (formerly called General Liability), Umbrella, and Workers’ Compensation renewals have been transitioned from Main Street Station® to our Main Street Commercial+ platform. This page contains important details on policyholder communications, payments, and reporting.

Renewal Transition Toolkit: Review the communications that policyholders will receive, payment details, and more. Download the kit here.
Billing Methods and Payment Plan Actions Required: All policyholders will need to take action to accept their transitioned renewal by making their first payment. Billing methods and payment plan will not transfer to the new policy. Policyholders enrolled in automatic payment plans, such as AutoPay or EFT, will need to set these up again in the new payment system.
Loss Run Requests: When requesting loss run reports, ensure you obtain reports for both the Main Street Station policy and the Main Street Commercial+ policy.
